Child Safety Standards
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
ZUQY strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, display, request, transmit, promote, facilitate or attempt to obtain content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking or exploitation of a child for sexual purposes, sexualised content involving minors, and attempts to evade safety controls or moderation.
Reporting inside ZUQY
Users can report concerns without leaving the app. Use Settings → Report a Problem → Child safety / CSAE concern, or use the Report action available from user/profile, chat and call-related surfaces. Child-safety reports are prioritised for review.
How ZUQY responds
- Child-safety reports are escalated for priority review.
- Where ZUQY obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, access to relevant content or accounts may be restricted or removed as appropriate.
- Accounts involved in CSAE may be suspended or permanently terminated.
- Records needed for safety, legal or reporting obligations may be preserved only as permitted or required by applicable law.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority where required by applicable law.
Child safety laws and cooperation
ZUQY is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and to cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities. Nothing in these standards limits immediate contact with local law enforcement where a child is believed to be in imminent danger.
