Delete your ZUQY account
You do not need to reinstall ZUQY to request deletion.
Submit the registered phone number below. ZUQY will use it only to locate the account and begin the identity-verification and deletion process.
What deletion covers
After identity verification and completion of the deletion request, ZUQY will delete or de-identify account/profile and service data that is not required to be retained. Certain purchase, payout, KYC, tax, fraud, dispute, safety or legal records may need to be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law.
Request account deletion
Submitting this request does not immediately erase data before identity checks are completed. If you still have access to the app, you can also use Settings → Delete Account. For help, email zuqiapp2026@gmail.com.
